My first rifle was an 1891 Argentine in 7.65. Back in the early '80s there was no surplus ammo and Norma stuff was permanently out of stock, so I bought a case-forming die and swaged .30-06 brass down to 7.65. The 7.65 uses the same bullet as the .303 British.

I ran a lot of ammo through it. It liked Ball C-2 powder best of all, with any bullet weight.
